Fade creams like Porcelana or Esoterica get rid of dark spots. The active ingredient is Hydroquinine 2%. Nadinola makes a 3% but it's too strong. It irritated my skin. You can get any of these or the other fade creams that are available at Walgreens, CVS, Kmart, , Walmart or some grocery stores.
