I have a lot of dark brown, noticable scars along my hair line because I get pimples there all the time. Is there a way to remove them without paying a lot of money? And is there a way to prevent me from getting pimples there, too?

Best advise would be see a derm..... However, if your hair is greasy that can be the cause of your pimples there.
