Products to clear up acne scars?

I'm 15 and I've had acne since I was in grade 5. It started out really bad but as I grew older, it only occurred in certain areas (t zone and etc). LOL backne (back acne) too. So now, i get small pimples here and there sometimes and they aren't a big deal. My pores are a little big and i guess they get clogged easily. My problems are the following...





- i have small spots (scars) from popping the pimples


- my face is dry in certain areas, don't know why. maybe it's combination skin





so which products would you reccommend me to get for my situation? by the way, i don't want to spend TOO much money. just want something affordable and effective. thanks!Products to clear up acne scars?
I had 3 REALLY bad scars from picking at my pimples...I had them for a good year and then I bought proactive. The scars were gone in a few months! I know a few months isn't a immediate solution but hey, whatever works, right? Good luck!Products to clear up acne scars?
I had the same problems. I use a vitamin E cream and it works well for me. Not only does it make the scars fade signifigantly, it also moistures my skin at the same time.
use only water!!!..affordable n effective..trust me all these creams n face packs n all just dehydrate ur skin..stop using ne soap on ur face....it'll take time n slowly within months ur skin will be fine....n part of it is hormonal so u have to bear with it..happens to ever1 invarious degrees..so dont worry!...its normal!
Well, you could go to a doctor to get a Retin A or Differin gel (topical gels that prevent new breakouts and help with minimal scarring). You just don't put it on the really dry areas! If you use these gels then all you need is a mild cleanser and light moisturizer (like Cetaphil brand). If your parents have medical coverage, then these gels can be quite inexpensive or free.





If you can't, or don't want to go to a doctor, I would try any GENTLE acne skin care system that is proven to work (Proactiv or any other system you could find at a drug store). For the scars, there are a few scar gels/patches on the market that you can get at most drugstores in the bandaid section. There will be a variety of gels (gels might be best for the face) that slowly reduce the appearance of scars, and they're not that expensive.





For covering up scars I've found the best foundation to be Double Wear by Estee Lauder- it covers small scars really well and stays put all day- it is expensive, but totally worth it! Just make sure to wash it off EVERY night- without fail!





Finally, if you really want to stop acne, one thing you might consider is birth control pills. Lots of girls take birth control pills for acne and heavy and painful periods. This may also help with your bacne too. This is something else to talk to your doctor about. And the birth control don't dry out your combination skin.
