How does one get rid of acne scars on the back?

My friend needs to know, and she's pretty beat up about it. Her skin is extremely sensitive. She's quite fair and all the acne on her back has healed but there are like brown spots all over. They're too big too look like freckles and so, she can't pass them off as so. She's so conscious that she keeps her hair long, doesn't wear backless/ strapless tops and she hardly swims when there are a lot of ppl. When she does, she checks that there are no ppl around and then dashes into the water. It's like an obsession to her and the poor thing has so many clothes that she can't wear. It's taking over her life. Please help!How does one get rid of acne scars on the back?
there are many things she can do like put lemon juice on the scars leave it on for 15 minutes then wash off with aloe soap, do this 3 to 4 times a week.you can also use lime juice.put aloe gel on it at night its great especially if she has sensitive skin.she can also mix vitamin e and a oil in the aloe gel or put it on separately.cocoa butter can help but i use it for my scars when i spend the night somewhere cause i use a cocoa butter Stick or when i am at school.i hope this helpedHow does one get rid of acne scars on the back?
Fully enough my boyfriend has a really bad case of acne/scars on his back.


Like he just uses loads of different creams.


He wants to get chemical peel or like laser treatment.


and to be fair , if the acne is noticeable and pretty bad , she will have to go see her GP or whatever and they will give her some kind of treatment if they think its bad enough.
