they all are the same if they have 2% sasiyllic acid in it, it helps cell renewal and claers up acne and redusces redness.
Topical treatments don't work well with scars. If you wanna get rid of them using over the counter products, buy a microdermabrasion home kit. Only use it after all your acne is gone though. Good luck.
I use the L'oreal Visibly Even foaming cleanser and night concentrate and it works wonderfully! It gradually erased the scars on my face and now my skin looks wonderful. You can get it at any drug store. The cleanser is about $6 and the night concentrate is about $12 (at Wal-Mart). Also, make sure that you're washing your pillow covers regularly. I'm Black and the oils from my hair can get on the pillow covers, which can clog pores while I'm sleeping.
