Getting scars from acne! HELP!?

Ok, whenever I go in the bathroom to pop my pimples sometimes I'll get little scars (ditches) in my skin even though I'm careful. How can I wash my face or pop pimples without damaging my skin? Any acne help or do you know any good, CHEAP acne cleansers for oily, sensitive skin ?

Clean%26amp;Clear at Walmart (I don't know the exact name of it, but it's the purple one) is really good for oily, sensitive skin.
