What's a good way to rid acne scarring?

What's a good way to reduce acne scarring? I have used the following:





Exfoliating cleanser


Proactive


Bio-oil


Sunscreens (to shield from the sun)





and to top it off I don't have unlimited funds....is there anything other than dermatological visits that will work well?What's a good way to rid acne scarring?
For all the little scars on my face i use a stick of cocoa butter that I bought from HEB for about $6.00
