I have a bunch of little acne scars on my cheeks (like chicken pox scars, maybe a little smaller) that are slowly going away with the combination of Mederma, Vitamin E Oil, creams, and some at-home facial peels. I also have two large ones in the middle of my forehead.
What vitamins could I take to at least get rid of the ones on my cheeks? (Pills/Capsules would be the best) I've heard of Milk Thistle, Omega 3-6-9, and others. What's the fastest?What vitamins are good for acne scars?

dont use so many things on ur skin ..it might harm ur skin..
it takes time to get rid of the scars...
dont take capsules as its not good..eat fresh salads , fruits and veggies..What vitamins are good for acne scars?
Try Lemon juice. or try Aloe Vera, it even helps you with the acne.
