I now have scars from acne. This is serious. Is there anything that will help?

19, and had it since i was 12, 13. It would be so bad, my checks are pretty clear.... but i have like dents in them. What can i do?I now have scars from acne. This is serious. Is there anything that will help?
the only treatment i can think of is laser treatment. talk to dra janet de grano at the asian hospital in alabang about it. it cost about 11,000 pesos per session. it is expensive, but i do think that it is worth it. and i think the hospital is having a 30% off. dont get the treatment in beverly in makati because it can be more expensive there.

this treatment is like a chemical peel or dermabrasion to the 10th power. so it is the ultimate of all facial treatments. it can remove anything and everything on your face.

another slow working topical solution that most dermatologists use is steiva-a 10% or 0.10 cream, this is available in any mercury drug store. but use it only at night, apply thinly after washing your face. and you cannot use it every night, try using it once every 4 nights. this product literally burns your skin layer by layer. but it is not painful when you put it once every 4 nights. another caution is that you cannot let the sunlight hit your skin in the morning - forever. or always use sunblock. when using this product, it is a good thing to use it with or mix it with a whitening product like murad's agespot remover (basement rustans makati). and also you can also mix/ use it with a moisturizer to make it weaker. as i mentioned earlier, it is a slow treatment, so you can see result in about 6 months to a year.I now have scars from acne. Maybe some form of dermabrasion would help.

But in any event, you should visit the dermatologist to explore options. :)
Mederma helps slightly and can be bought over the counter at a drug store. What certainly will work are glycolic peels. A series of these peels will resurface cause the skin to renew and thus causing the surface to be smoother. You can go to a dermatologist and pay about $100 and up for these treatments or you can go on ebay and buy the glycolic acid yourself...but research how to do it first or have someone help you. I've done it and it's not hard but it does sting a lot. I'm no dermatologist so try this at your own risk. It worked for me!
Vitamin E. you can purchase the capsules for oral ingestion at your local GNC and the best way i prefer to use the oil on scars is just by breaking the pill open and rubbing it directly onto the scar/stretchmark/via whatever it may be. also palmers cocoa butter is a good aid in scarring adn stretching as well. they make a vitamin e oil spray for pregnant woman that i have found to be incredible on scars and stretch marks.
Go to any drug store or cosmetic counter and get a buff puff, it's a course cleaning pad that you wash your face with, it's course and slowly removes the outer layers of skin, allowing new skin to replace it.
Micro dermabrations should definitely help... You will need several though:/

That or laser... You can get Micro dermarations done in spas :)
