How to get rid of acne scars?

well i have had these acnes for quite a while about 10- 15 now.... the acnes have left some scars on my face...





what i am looking for is if there is any surgical or any other kinds of treatment available.... and if any surgical operations are available then are there any side affects or changes as you grow older to the surgery itself..

1 tsp ground pudina leaves,1 tsp ground corriander leaves,1 tsp lemon juice %26amp; 1 tsp honey. Mix and apply daily once or twice as time permits. your scars will disappear in no time.
there is a surgical treatment avaklible were by the scars are removed with a laser. the only downside is u may need a few treatments to completly remove them all
There are so many reasons for the acne problem. In girls, it happens with disturbance in Menupause, due to oily face, due to stomach problems etc. At first hand, Trifala (an Ayurvedic medicine) be taken in the early morning to clear stomach problem and simultaneously apply mixture of Dahi, Haldi with mixture of Sarsaon ka Tel on the face in the morning before taking a bath (there is no after-effect of both medicines except cure) for ten minutes and then bathe.
Apply a paste made of sandalwood powder and rose water on the scars. Keep applying till they disappear.
