Hallo.
I'll get straight to the point of the question.
I've had some highly severe acne since I was about the age of 11-12. I'll get to it, when I was younger I used to always pop any spots that I got on my face or shoulders.
I'm 16 now, and I'm covered in red lumps and dots. I get new spots almost everday, and it's just adding to the bank of ugliness on my face.
It's really bringing me down. My baby cousin asked (She's only 3) ''Why do you have polka dots on your face?''.
I feel ugly and even that people are laughing at me when I go out in public.
Things I've Done, and regreted:
Certain products, mainly Clearasil.
Popping spots.
Scratching spots.
Exfoliating too much.
Things I've done that I personally think have helped slightly, but not had a great effect:
Honey on my face.
Sudocreme.
Drinking loads of water.
Excercise.
Healthy foods.
These things help me to get rid of current spots sometimes, but most of the time I'm just left with a horrible red lump on my face again.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Here is some information on Aloe Vera and Tea Tree, which may be of some help to you.
The watery gel from Aloe Vera plant is a highly effective natural cure against Acne. The enzyme-rich gel has very soothing anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. It can also be taken internally and helps clean up and detox the digestive tract. This in turn can help clear up the skin.
Gel or juice of Aloe Vera is highly useful in fading of acne scars. You can grow Aloe Vera plant in your home and apply freshly taken pure Aloe Vera gel to your scar. Otherwise many branded cosmetic companies manufactures pure Aloe Vera gel, so you can choose the best cosmetic companies to get Aloe Vera gel.
Vitamin A is also a natural and effective Acne cure. Vitamin A promotes healthy skin.
Vitamin E also helps in countering Acne. It is a natural antioxidant and beneficial for the skin.
Oil is obtained from the Melaleuca alternifoliais tree from Australia. It is very effective against Acne as it contains bacteria-fighting substances called Terpenes. Acne is often caused by bacteria and the Terpenes either outright kill them or weaken them enough to be destroyed by protective antibodies. There are very little side effects from using Tea Tree Oil.
For more information check out the website http://www.trustwilliam.com/en-GB/Ingred鈥?/a> . You'll see the ingredients are 99.9% Pure Aloe Vera Gel with 'Vitamins A,C %26amp; E' and with 'Tea Tree'.

i know this sounds weird, but i asked my grandma, and she said:
to was your face with noxzema the original deep cleansing cream with eucalyptus oil, every morning %26amp; every night.
she also says to go buy a new pillow at wal-mart for 4$, because germs hide in the pillow-cases, you should get a new pillow every 6 months, %26amp; to change to change your pillow case every 3 days. you will notice a difference right away. + if you drink any soda, stop now.
also, don't put products that going to dry up your face. oil fights oil, any products that you use should be Fragrance free %26amp; for sensitive skin.
my mom had very sensitive skin when she was young %26amp; my grandma bought her a Fragrance free face %26amp; body soap. it was 6$ a bar, my grandma even made her wrap it up [: lol %26amp; she never had a pimple.
also try drinking lemon water[my suggestion]. %26amp; grandma says to cut back on milk because it feeds allergies which are mild to severe. but you still need milk in your regular diet. just cut back on the servings.
good luck %26amp; hope this advice helps.
