Until recently,I've been cursed with severe adult acne,and when I got that under control,I find that I now have mild-to-severe acne scarring all over my face.I used mederma for about eight weeks,but that didn't really do anything and it didn't mix well with my oily skin,and I'm not even going to bother with bio-oil(again,because of oily skin.).
What I really want to try is a skin bleaching cream.I don't have depressed or raised scars,they're just the little brown and red spots,like hyperpigmentation(which I could live with if they where lighter or fewer in numbers).
So I guess my questions are:
1.Can a skin bleaching cream be used to treat my hyperpigmentation acne scars?
2.Has anyone here seen results on their scars from skin bleaching cream?
and 3.Can anyone recommend a good skin bleaching cream?

If they're not raised or depressed, they are not scars. It's called ';post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation';. Bleaching can help, but be careful, if the bleaching cream contains hydroquinone it may cause further hyperpigmentation (they become even darker).
I don't know how much they cost in your place, but it'd be better if you could obtain an acne medication containing azelaic acid, vitamin C or retinol (derivative of vitamin A). These three are definitely safer than hydroquinone, but each has its own characteristics.
Retinol, for example, can make your skin feels tingly and temporary redness / iritation, esp. if you're sensitive to it.
Vit C (about 10%) usually doesn't cause any unpleasant sensation. This is not the one you drink, however, it's applied topically, in the form of a serum.
Azelaic acid also causes a little tingly sensation for some people (not for me, though, I've tried it). This drug is very unique because it's made from a substance secreted by the fungus Malassezia furfur, that causes the disease ';pityriasis versicolor'; or liver spots. It works nicely on your dark-coloured spots and will return them to your normal colour naturally.
