get triple antibiotics and scar remover...i use to have little marks liek that too. it removed them in less then a few days you can get it at wal mart k mart CVS walgreens shoprite and places like that.

Some pharmacies sell acne scar removal cream. I saw it at my local pharmacy. It won't cost more than 8$ max. I would most reccomend BIORE PORE PERFECT: BLEMISH FIGHTING ICE CLEANSER(green bottle) It is made to reduce the appearance of blemishes/acne/pores. It is perfect for your condition. well do you pop your zits or something like that? i think you should try proactive. i had a similar problem. i used proactive and it removed my acne and left no marks or scars behind. my face is soft and clear now. good luck =)
Well it COULD lead to scars. Especially if you're picking at your face. Just keep a daily cleansing ritual and stick with it.
