i noticed a huge difference after i started taking Zinc pills. i also take vitamin E,C,A. i was away from my bf for 2 weeks and when i came back, he said ';wow, your face has really cleared up';. Try this for a few weeks at least. take them once a day at bedtime. each bottle is only about 3-5 dollars each depending on the kind .
