No. It is a waterproof barrier for your skin cells. It softens lips because it seals in the natural body moisture/ and oil and that is what your lips need when chapped. Hydro cortisone 10 is sold at the CVS or other pharmacies in the aisles. Read the labels carefully.
Scars are now treated with a product called ';scar gel'; again CVS type place. In the aisles. It is applied daily by rubbing it in. The scar will take some time to go away. Though large scars or fresh and still red need to be evaluated by a doctor before any steps are taken.

NO.....use neutrogena clear pore formula...it takes away everything
