I have a bunch of scars on my face from when i had acne, how do i get rid of it? ?

It depends on the scars. Pigmentation scars are FAR easier to get rid of. Pigmentation scars are colored scars of purple or red. They are flat scars. They will eventually go away on their own after about 6 months or so, but you can help expedite the process by exfoliating with a gentle exfoliator 3-4 times a week. This stimulates new skin growth.

But if you have pock scars, which are deep indentation scars in the skin, the only real way is through dermatological procedures such as glycolic peels or microdermabrasion. They don't work 100% but they help in severely reducing the appearance of the pock scars. I have a bunch of scars on my face from when i had acne, how do i get rid of it? ?

I have the same problem. Apart from laser treatments there is no miracle cure but i've found that switching to products for ';normal'; skin instead of ';oily'; or ';combination'; skin and using moisturiser containing vitamin E regularly has helped immensely.

Stick to your skincare routine like glue and remember Moisturise Moisturise Moisturise!!

Also drink plenty of water to ';moisturise from the inside';

I promise it helps a lot.

Invest in finding the correct moisturiser. The brand I use isn't the cheapest but it's certainly not top end prices either.

Take care.
Scars are permanent and about the only way you can make them appear a little less is to ';shrink'; them down some. You can use the scar cremes that are on the market that are especially formulated to make the scar less noticeable. Once you have used this creme and they are smaller and lighter appearing you can start to use the facial masks and products that help you shrink your pores. This is about all you can do until you can save the money up to go into a skin clinic and have some laser done. This lasering helps to resurface your skin and is really a wondrous miracle, as far as I am concerned. You can make an appointment with one of them (be sure you have Dr's in there and they are not all clinicians) to find out what they would suggest for your skin, how many treatments you might needs and how much the total will be. This way you have a goal set and can start saving your money towards it and a new you! Good luck with it and I do hope you find something that works for you.

I know exactly how you feel.

tomatoes and cucumber juice mixed together and put on your face. Ive been using this 3 times a day for the past week and my black acne scars are now light and hardly noticeable and I am so happy, and after you do this you will be too.

Try massaging vitamin E oil after you shower, or you can also take them in capsules. It might not completely remove them, but it helps.
