Papaya soap followed up by vitamin E oil to help clear acne scars. Is this a good combination?

Also, what's a good moisturizer i can use on my face...

That works, but depending on the kind of soap it could take a while. Rub some glutathione or AHA cream on your face before bedtime, that should speed up the process.
