How long will it take for my acne scars to fade?

Alright, so I've had acne since I was 11 or 12. It got progressively worse until I was 14, at which point it's been on a steady decrease for the past year.





In the process, I've developed mild scars on my forehead, moderate scars on my cheeks, and basically none on my chin. I'm not worried about the chin and forehead, it's just the cheeks aren't attractive at all. They aren't the ice pick scars (deep and narrow), they're the kind that are wide and shallow - more noticable.

They may get a little better until you are 22-23 and then stop improving. Or they may never improve. Either way, you will develop a sense of the beauty you possess. You will laugh when you first read this but it's true. All the supermodels look in the mirror and think they are ugly. We all want to be perfect. It never happens.
